Non-Member Access
European IMS respects your privacy. We do not
release any information about non-member access to our public site
outside
of the European IMS organization, except when you sign up to attend one
of our public meetings. In that event, we do reserve the right to
share your name, email and organization with the meeting sponsors.
However, information you provide us, for example, name, email and
organization when downloading specifications or other documents is used
for research, and if you request it, to update you on happenings within
European IMS. No identifying data is disclosed to any third party,
outside of what is noted above, for
any purpose, except where mandated by law. Any information you release
will be held
securely to the best of our ability.
We will take appropriate steps to
protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access or
disclosure.
Member Access
We use member-related information for the purposes of administering
the European IMS organization and website and communicating and collaborating
with our members.
Members' interactions with the private site are authenticated.
Consequently,
we have the capability to identify users and their activities within
the site. This information will not be discolosed to any third party for
any purpose, except where mandated by law.
- By requesting membership and a password you are added to our
newsletter mailing list and your identity is relayed to all European IMS Members.
- We monitor membership and communicate with members frequently and
announce their membership to the public at large.
- When European IMS documents are released, if you are an active participant
your name, email and company will be released publicly with your
approval.
- We will strive to inform members, prior to the release of any
information concerning them or the organization they represent.
